Check In

Private, off-street parking is available directly behind our salon on Hudson Street.

Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your first treatment.

As a courtesy, we attempt to confirm all appointments via phone call, text message or email. You are welcome to call, as well, prior to your appointment to confirm exact times, services, and ask any questions that you may have.


Cancellation / Late Policy

As with all professional appointments, a 48-hour cancellation or rescheduling notification is required for all group and package appointments. A 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notification is required for all other appointments. If less than the required notice is given, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the scheduled services.

If, for any reason, St. Cyr Salon & Spa needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given.

A credit card or gift card may be required to reserve appointments at our discretion.

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your services. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled appointment, but will receive abbreviated services. For example, if you scheduled an hour service, but arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for the originally scheduled hour service, but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment, including consultation and changing time.


Payment

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, St. Cyr Salon & Spa gift cards, bank debit cards, cash and personal checks.

A $25 fee will be assessed for returned checks.

Prices do not include gratuities. Gratuities are accepted in the form of cash, personal checks, or may be added to bank debit card payments at check out. Gratuities may not be added to credit card payments.


Refund Policy

All service sales and gift card sales are final.

Retail items can be returned for merchandise credit only. Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and presented with a receipt within fourteen (14) days of original purchase. All returns are subject to system verification.
